These activities are closely related to the new investment within our location, which, once all legal formalities are completed, should be built in the first quarter of next year. An additional advantage of this situation is that the Investor’s commercial proposal is aimed at the same target group, but at the same time it will largely expand the commercial offer of our Top Shopping center.
